Office Hours
Management has changed at least four times since I moved in, each time getting progressively worse. They never answer the phone in the office and they take forever to address your issues. It once took over four months to get an electrical problem fixed in my apartment, and only then, it was fixed when I threatened to report them to the city for a code violation. There are so many additional fees added to your rent each month, like unnecessary administrative fees and money for the trash service. Most of the apartments are not updated and are definitely not worth the rent they are asking for. Save yourself many headaches and a lot of money, and live somewhere else in Knoxville.
The maintenance guy came over and was helpful and got my air back up and running pretty quickly. Sometimes I hear my neighbors upstairs but nothing bad. So far I would recommend this place to anyone looking. I applied for a Steeplechase apartment in the Knoxville area on June 26th and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me.

I highly recommend Steeplechase Apts in cockeysville. Located less than 30 minutes from Downtown Baltimore, residents enjoy the conveniences of suburban life with the big city just around the corner. Cockeysville has an excellent school system and several green spaces to foster a sense of community.
It is close to I-75 that connects to I-40 for easy access to the rest of the city but it is not so close that is a nuisance. Steeplechase has been quiet and pleasant throughout our stay. Want a home base where you can experience all of Camillus without the hassle of the hustle and bustle?
Have lived here for many years and the location and amenities are amazing. Love having a beautiful pond literally right next to my back patio. Maintenance is great, management has been really great during the Covid-19 situation. Very caring and willing to help in any way. The only con is the rent increases every year even with no upgrades but I guess that is any apartment complex.
Maintenece takes a century to fix problems in the apartment and the office staff are rude. Only plus is having a washer and drier in the unit. It’s a nice, well kept property that is very much pet friendly.
